By attending Mariah’s classes, you agree that you take responsibility for participating in the way that is best for your safety and your fitness. You also acknowledge that you are acting with your doctor’s permission, that you will hold Mariah Kaye, Zoom, Northaven and other hosts harmless in case of injury.

First attendance at a class is free, to make sure it’s a good fit. Subsequent classes are offered for $7 each, or $70 for a package of 10 classes plus one class free. Contact Mariah to get acquainted and to receive the Zoom link for classes.
